Amended 21 Nov 2025:
1. Delivery Schedule dates have been removed and replaced with a lead time start date as follows.
2. To enable flexibility with award date/performance start date, the request for quote has been amended to express the contract performance start date as 7 Calendar Days after Date of Award.
3. The performance dates of all CLINs will follow based on quantities expressed within the CLINs. This includes all Option Periods relative to the contract Date of Award. All durations and quantities remain unchanged.
4. Additional vendor questions have been answered on the updated "Question and Answer - 21 Nov 2025" document.
5. The response due date has been extended to 01 December 2025 at 1200 MST/MDT.

UPDATE TO VENDORS:
On Friday, Nov 14 the quote due date of this solicitation was extended as we navigate potential changes to the performance work statement and performance start date.
We are clarifying the requirement with the customer, including the projected occupancy date and potential changes to the performance work statement by COB Thursday. An update will be posted to the solicitation on SAM followed by an email to interested parties. If there are any changes to the requirement or performance start date occurs, we will further amend the solicitation and extend the quote due date.
If there are any questions you would like to submit at this time, please do so by COB tomorrow, Tuesday 18 November.
