Presolicitation Notice - Invitation for Bids (IFB) Small Business Set Aside - W50S7W25BA001 - Airfield Lighting Upgrade
**FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds: “Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.”**
The 122d Fighter Wing, Indiana National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (W50S7W25BA001) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to: Add Eight 20 foot light poles along the Sefton Drive fence line. All work will be conducted at the Indiana Air National Guard Base at Fort Wayne International Airport, 3005 West Ferguson Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809-3158.
The contract duration will be 30 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 15 May 2025. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference and site visit is on-or-about 3 June 2025, 0900 local time, location to be provided in the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
