- Greenwood County (“Owner”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for partial renovation services of Greenwood County Airport Annex Gym. The scope is to include, but not limited to, two-hour rated fire wall construction, non-rated fire wall construction and demolition. The goal of this project is to take an approximate 10,000 sq-ft building and create two fire areas within the building. The front fire area to be used as general office space and the rear fire area will be used as storage. This project is very time sensitive and each vendor will need to include a detailed timeline for completion within their proposal.
