Description:
The City of Cameron is accepting sealed bids for the lease of a 48' X 60' aircraft box hangar with 2 bi-fold doors, a garage door and a 100 sq. ft. office at the Cameron Memorial Airport. The minimum bid amount to be accepted is $500.00 per month for an initial two-year lease. The Hangar is located on the main ramp close to fuel, parking, tie downs and terminal and is a great location for an aviation business. Sealed bids clearly marked "Airport Box Hangar Bid" must be turned into the Office of the City Clerk, 1304 N. Walnut, Ste. 200, Cameron, MO 64429 (or mailed to: PO Box 20, Cameron, MO 64429) by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. The successful bid will be awarded at the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
