- PURPOSE. The purpose of the solicitation contract is to provide Airport Firefighting Chemical for Extinguishing Airport/Aircraft Fires, on an as needed basis. Contract Release F-574(5). This is a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Event/Solicitation. Non-electronic and e-mail responses will not be accepted. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
