- Sealed Bids for the construction of the Fuel Farm will be received, prior to the deadline, by the City of Granbury, at the office of the Purchasing Department, 401 N. Park Street, Granbury, Texas 76048, until 2:00 pm local time on May 15, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing A fuel farm consisting of 2‐15,000 gallon tanks for jet fuel, tank foundations, a containment structure, and an access road . Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids should be mailed, or hand delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to: City of Granbury Municipal Service Center Attn: Purchasing “Bid No: 24-25-08 Fuel Farm” 401 N. Park Street Granbury, TX 76048 The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: KSA Engineers, Inc.: 8866 Synergy Drive, McKinney, Tx 75070, (972) 542‐2995. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Contract documents including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge (with the option to purchase hard copies) at www.civcastusa.com and www.granbury.org/72/purchasing. Please submit questions for this Project 72 hours prior to bid opening through www.civcastusa.com in the Q & A portal. Addenda issued will be posted on www.civcastusa.com. You will be notified of addenda automatically through email if you downloaded your plans and specifications via civcastusa.com. A pre‐bid conference will be held on Wednesday April 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Granbury Regional Airport Terminal Building, 840 Archer Court, Granbury, TX 76048. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
