Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a non-competitive, firm-fixed price six month extension with Overwatch Mission Critical, INC, 201 Maxwell Way, Laway, TX 78738, to provide continued electrical maintenance services support on existing electrical generation and distribution-type systems. The continued support will ensure the electrical systems will remain fully functional, reliable, and redundant.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance is most appropriate for this requirement. The size standard is: $34.0 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is - J059 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.
The statutory authority permitting other this six month extenstion is FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
