Single-wavelength monitoring at UV 280.
The FPC system is used by NNRL investigators for protein purification and analysis in various projects. This is an essential step for the preparation of custom antibodies as well as for the study of protein complexes in the retina. The current equipment, AKTA Explorer, is 13 years old and stopped working due to worn out parts. This model is now outdated and is not supported by the company. To maintain consistency of experiments and data, we need to replace the old machine with a new one with similar specifications:
