Tender are invited for The Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct is scheduled to hold a closed Probable Cause Determination Meeting at its regular meeting on Friday, June 27, 2025. Under Commission Rule 11(b)(4)(B), if the commission finds that there is probable cause to believe that there has been misconduct that warrants action more serious than an informal and private admonishment or counseling, a public statement of formal charges will issue. There will also be a request to waive the probable cause determination and go directly to a Public Formal Hearing under Commission Rule 20(b) to consider a proposed stipulated disposition. If the request to waive the probable cause determination is granted, audio of the Formal Hearing and the proposed stipulated disposition will be publicly available by request following the hearing.
