Sealed bids for the City of Olivette, Missouri (hereinafter "Owner") Alice Place Pedestrian Improvements (here- inafter “Project”) will be received by Olivette City Center, 1140 Dielman Road, Olivette, Missouri 63132, until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Scope of Work includes removal of existing concrete, layout of new sidewalks and landings, concrete placement and landscape finish grading. The City of Olivette anticipates issuing notice to proceed in mid-June of 2025. Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via e-mail.
