Description:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a Contract for the State of Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Services Staff Training - Baxter, MN area to be held from 06/24/2025 to 06/26/2025, for 135 Single Occupancy rooms on 6/24/25 and 135 Single Occupancy rooms on 6/25/25. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms or meals. Prices offered on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to hold this conference in a facility that is clean, well maintained. The event must be held within a 25-mile Radius of Baxter MN. If a geographic area for the conference is defined, distance will be measured using Google Maps™. The deadline for submitting questions is February 10, 2025, at 3:30 PM Central Time.
