NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to McNaughton-McKay, 1000 Newman Rd, New Bern, NC 28562-5244 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
This requirement is the purchase of Allen Bradley Power Flex 750 AC Drives and components that are critical parts of the Camp Lejeune Water and Wastewater Utilities Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) which monitors and controls all facets of water and wastewater utilities for MCB Camp Lejeune.
