Description:
These specifications (WD-25-01) are for the repair of Allen Reservoir which sustained damage in the Eaton Fire. The reservoir is a 4.1 million gallon concrete-lined, partially-buried water storage facility with a corrugated metal roof located at 2073 Pinecrest Drive, Altadena, CA 91001. The work includes, but is not limited to, repair and replacement of structural members, a catwalk and handrail in the interior of the reservoir.The work includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, appurtenances, services, and materials necessary for the complete and satisfactory repair of Allen Reservoir as shown in the specifications and project drawings. The Contractor shall incorporate all costs associated with the complete and proper construction of the work into the Contractors bid prices. No additional compensation will be paid for the complete and proper construction of the work in good faith.
