The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed Price call order to Community Blood Center dba Community Tissue Services against Blanket Purchase Agreement W81K00-23-A-0007, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii) Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for the Department of Surgery (DOS/SPD), Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA Ft. Sam Houston, TX., to provide FDA approved Allograft Human Tissue.
The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 800 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
