This Sources Sought Notice has been issued to survey the market and assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in determining possible sources for consideration. All firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award.
REQUEST:
Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for items on “Attachment 1 - Schedule - 70Z03825IH0000011” in accordance with (IAW) the salient characteristics below.
Salient Characteristics Include:
Alodine Tank System - 4 tank system with secondary catch containment with 110% max hold capacity of the largest tank. Etch Tank - 34"L x 24"W x 26"D (Can be adjusted for build needs) Rinse Tank - 34"L x 24"W x 26"D (Can be adjusted for build needs) Alodine Tank - 34"L x 24"W x 26"D (Can be adjusted for build needs) Rinse Tank - 34"L x 24"W x 26"D (Can be adjusted for build needs) Secondary Catch Containment Capable of holding 110% of the largest tank; EPA 40 CFR 264.175, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200 Total length not to exceed 11' max Etch Tank and Alodine Tank must include a circulation pump system on the back wall of each tank. All tanks must have drain via valve and manifold system by pneumatic pump. Manifold must come out on the right-side end and must be capable of connecting a flexible hose for HAZ Waste collection. All tanks must have lids All tanks and Secondary Containment must be made of Polypropylene material or equivalent Electrical must be above 18" from hangar floor Industry Standard Warranty Delivery to USCG Aviation Logistics Center, HMF1...
