SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for AlterG Neo+ Treadmill (Brand Name or Equal To)
1. This requirement is in support of 31st Medical Support Squadron at Aviano Air Base, Italy for procurement of the AlterG Neo+ Treadmill (brand name or equal) . The DHA Healthcare Division - Northeast intends to award one Firm Fixe Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2025-05; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 01/17/2025.
3. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms and conditions contained in this document.
4. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified on the Quote.
