PROJECT NAME: ALTONAH GUARD STATION RENOVATIONPROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Base Bid is project work on the Altonah Guard Station which includes vinyl sheet flooring, gypsum ceiling wall board repairs, bathroom remodeling, selective demolition work, window replacement, interior painting, exterior door replacement, interior closet door replacement, installation of forest service supplied light fixtures, and construction of a concrete foundation and steps, and sidewalk for the existing laundry room porch.Optional work that may be awarded includes all work described above associated with:1.
