The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Protestant Worship Leader Musician services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to ensure that the Protestant Worship Leader (“Contractor”) will, in coordination with the Designated Chaplain, have overall responsibility for leading and providing a blended Protestant style of music for the Protestant Worship Service.

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 711130. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
