Tender are invited for Amended Certificate of Appropriation of Water, ADL 400793Pursuant to AS 46.15 and 11 AAC 93, notice is hereby given that an amendment to Amended Certificate of Appropriation, ADL 400793 (KOC Reservoir) is occurring to reflect that this source is now fish bearing.The 2025 amendment to the Amended Certificate of Appropriation of Water will: Update the name on the certificate to ConocoPhillips Alaska Clarify the winter withdrawal under ice amounts will not exceed 15% of liquid water under 7- of ice (the current guidelines for sources with sensitive fish). Place the daily water restriction back in from the original certificate and use gallons as the unit of measurement. Update any conditions to the current standards for this type of use, and add that for safety reasons, ice harvest will not occur from the reservoir. Clarify that the KOC (Kuparuk Operations Center) Reservoir is directly connected to the Ugnuravik River during ice free periods.No change in the water source, water use area or priority date is occurring with this amendment.Per AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.930(b), within 15 days of publication or service ...
