This amendment adds five counties to the Eligible Counties list found at section E.2, page 54 of theoriginal solicitation. Updated eligible counties table can be found in the "Amendment 1 - Adding Counties" PDF in the attachments section. These counties represent locations where the VA has an active interest in a potential nursing home contract. Only nursing homes locatedwithin the eligible counties list may be considered for a potential contract under this solicitation.

Iowa City Medicaid Solicitation Notice: 36C26324R0010
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals from Nursing Homes for the Iowa City VA Health Care System to provide community nursing home services under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs).
This solicitation is open through January 31, 2025. Proposals will be accepted at any time during this period, up to and including on January 31, 2025. Proposals shall be valid for 180 days from date of receipt.
