The Army Data Platform (ADP) ARDAP Industry Day One-on-One sessions have concluded. As a result, the Government hereby extends the time available for all interested parties to submit final Question or Comments related to either the Draft Section L&M or Draft PWS. All questions and comments shall be submitted by 1100 CT, January 31, 2025, via the original comment matrix.
Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby releases a Draft Army Data Platform, Multi-Award Task Order Contract, Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government will not reimburse or pay for participation or information submitted in response to this Draft PWS. All participation and information provided is at the contractor-s own risk and expense; participation constitutes your agreement to hold the Government harmless for all such risk and expense. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This Draft PWS is open to all business types.
This Draft PWS is issued for the purpose of seeking input regarding how to best communicate the Government's requirements to industry as a result of this exchange of information. Responses in the form of Questions and Comments to this Draft PWS are voluntary and will not affect any contractor's ability to submit a proposal if, or when, a solicitation is released. This Draft PWS is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued.
Proprietary information shall NOT be submitted in response to this Draft PWS, nor will the Government be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. No award will be made as a result of this Draft PWS. The draft PWS is for informational purposes only to promote exchanges of information with industry.
