Subject: Responses to Questions from Offerors
The above-referenced RFQ is amended as follows:
1. Purpose of Amendment:
This amendment provides answers to questions received from potential offerors. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
2. Questions and Answers:
Question 1: Battery Reference: Would it be possible to provide a photo of the NiMH battery installed in the OT-4040 kit components? We have reviewed the manual but were unable to locate a specific part number for the battery, and a reference image would greatly assist in verifying compatibility.
Answer: The batteries are integral to the equipment and the equipment is reportedly calibrated to the batteries. The only way to get a photo of the equipment would be to have someone disassemble the equipment, which may cause damage to the equipment considering we don-t have an overhaul manual for it.
Question 2: Calibration Equipment List: If available, we would also appreciate a copy of your complete list of equipment/tools requiring calibration. This will allow us to check our technical capability across your broader requirements and provide a more comprehensive and cost-effective quote tailored to your needs.
Answer: On-Trak has not provided, or been willing to provide to the government, any details on how the equipment is calibrated. (Repeat as necessary)
