GENERAL INFORMATION
The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase durable and highly maneuverable Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) for the 42nd Security Forces Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2X3B25090A001and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions (see Attachment 1) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFAC) 2024-1016.
