Maxwell AFB Solicitation - JUBJ 24-3073 Replace Boiler Bldg. 1143. Please submit a proposal within the time specified within the solicitation document and this posting. Additionally, please note the site visit date and location as identified in FAR 52.236-27 - Site Visit (Construction) (Alternate I).
Amendment 0003:
The purpose of this amendment is to:1. Extend the offer due date by 7 calendar days from 06 June 2025 by 12:00pm CST to 13 June 2025 by 12:00pm CST.2. Edit UCF Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters to provide a deadline of 10 June 2025 by 12:00pm CST for all questions to be submitted.3. Edit UCF Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters to clarify the Government's intent to only accept offers from firms whose physical address is located within a 250mi radius of Maxwell AFB.4. Edit UCF Section J - List ofto Include Attachment 5 - Addendum 1-G1143, PH I Boiler to provide an addendum to the existing specifications.5. Provide clarification of the Government's intent to set the requirement aside as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.6. No further changes have been made.7.
