The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston is issing a request for proposal (RFP) to provide Communication Planning and Support Services for the U. S. Army Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA), located at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. The vehicle will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with Costs CLINs for Other Direct Costs (ODCs). The anticipated period of performance will include a 12 month base and four (4) 12 month option periods. All documents including the RFP are attached for downloading.
The Contractor shall provide technical expertise in business best practices, process engineering, full-spectrum communication, information technology (IT) operations; and management in support of Business Rules and OCPA Operations Support; Communication Research, Analysis and Evaluation; Communication Planning; Communication Product Development; Army Outreach Support; Professional Development and Training; Exhibit Management; and Executive Communication Support.
