Amendment 0004 incorporates the following changes. All changes in the solicitation are denoted in red font.
Section L.4.1. SUBMISSIONS OF QUESTIONSThe second round of questions due date has been extended to no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, 24 February 2025. Please reference Section L.4.1. of the solicitation for additional information and further details.
2. Section L.4.2. SITE VISIT
This section has been changed to include the following:
The site visit has been rescheduled to February 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. ET. Any contractors interested in attending the site visit should inform NIST not later than 8:00 a.m. ET on February 14, 2025. Contractors shall provide proof of outside radiation training no later than 8:00 a.m. ET on 14 February 2025. Contractors shall provide proof of NIST-s online radiation training no later than 8:00 a.m. ET on 14 February 2025. o Passing scores of at least 70% on each of the module quizzes are required to be qualified as a radiation worker. Once the modules and quizzes are completed with at least a 70% passing grade, individuals must notify NCNRHP.training@NIST.gov for NIST to review the results. NIST-s in-person briefing from 9:30am ET on February 19, 2025. The briefing will be held in Building 235. All contractor individuals attending the site visit must attend the briefing. 3.Section L.5 DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALSThe proposal due date has been extended to no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, 7 March 2025.
