1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date for the additional requirements added under Amendment 0003.
2. EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE
The due date for submission of offers in response to the additional line items identified in Amendment 0003 is hereby extended from September 30, 2025, to October 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, local time.
