Description
Amendment 1 provides responses to questions received and amends the three Prospectuses for oversnow vehicle tours in Yellowstone National Park that the National Park Service (“Service”) issued on June 4, 2025, for Concession Contract Nos. CC-YELL500-26, CC-YELL5OS-26, and CC-YELL5XX-26.
The deadlines are changed as follows:
QUESTIONS DUE (second round): August 27, 2025
NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROPOSE DUE: September 17, 2025
ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS DUE: October 1, 2025
HARDCOPY of OFFEROR-S TRANSMITTAL LETTER DUE: October 8, 2025

The National Park Service (NPS) provides notice of the release of a Prospectus to solicit proposals for the award of nine (9) Concession Contracts (No. CC-YELL5XX-26) to provide guided oversnow vehicle tours and transportation within Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway (“Parks”). The effective date of the next Concession Contracts is expected to be July 1, 2026.
The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contracts. The Prospectus will be available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm.
Questions DueIf you do not understand something in this Prospectus, you must submit your questions or comments to Jennifer Parker, Commercial Services Program Lead, via email at IMR_concessions@nps.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 2, 2025. The questions must be in a format that allows the NPS to copy them to Microsoft Word.
