The Louisville VAMC has a requirement for a 5-year IDIQ Contract for Pest Control Services at the Louisville VAMC and other affiliated buildings and clinics such as CBOCS. See the attached Statement of Work for service instructions locations, and evaluation factors. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13. Comparative Evaluations of quotes will be performed IAW FAR 13.106-2(b), best value using price and other factors. AMENDMENT 2 - UPDATES:
Site Visit - If you are requesting a site visit list the names of only 2 representatives that will be at the site visit. Also list which building locations (main campus or CBOC's) you want a site visit for. This information SHALL be submitted to me NLT 07/07/2025 at 12pm CST. The site visit will take place on 07/09/2025 at 10am (Eastern Time Zone - Louisville) at each location unless detemined other wise per customers request. Meeting location and POC will be sent to all interested vendor via email. No additional time or days for site visits will be added beyond this time period. Email ALL site visit information as instructed to: william.blassingame@va.gov.
Location of Services - All areas for service of the main campus (Louisville VAMC) are indicated on the attachment as well as the square footage. In addition, all CBOC's locations for service is listed with the address and those building also includes the square footage.
This solicitation will now be extended to 07/11/2025 and will close at 10am CST. that morning. Make sure all quotes have been submitted as instructed. Any quotes / offerors submitted after 07/11/2025 @ 10am CST. will not be recieved or considered for this solicitation. Make sure quotes are filled out properly showing a base plus four cost per year.
