This is Amendment 0003 of HE125424Q4000_P0001.
The purpose of this Amendment to the Solicitation is to add FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14, and the following language under FAR Clause 52.212-1 Addendum instruction to offerors: if subcontracting any portion of this requirement the vendor(s) are required to submit a written certification that the subcontractor has the same small business status that qualified the prime contractor for the award under the designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code, and that the prime is completing at least 51% of the requested services. failure to provide this information may cause your quote to be consider ineligible for award.
