Tender are invited for Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:APPLICANT: Quintillion Networks, LLC.PROJECT NAME: ADL 422262GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: The proposed public utility easement will be located south of the intersection of Spine Road and Oliktok Road on the North Slope, approximately 31 miles northwest of Deadhorse.LEGAL DESCRIPTION:Umiat Meridian Township 11 North, Range 9 East, Sections 1REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Quintillion Networks, LLC, has applied to amend the decision for the proposed public utility easement ADL 422262, to include an alternative fiber-optic cable (FOC) route in addition to the previously authorized route. The proposed alternative route will run parallel to the south side of Spine Road, offset approximately 10 feet from the southern edge of the road (See location diagram). The alternative easement is approximately 857 feet long by 30 feet wide, encompassing approximately 0.59 acres.
