The U.S. Mission Vietnam Public Diplomacy Section (Pds) Of The U.S. Department Of State Is Pleased To Announce An Open Competition For Organizations To Submit Applications To Compete For A Grant Or Cooperative Agreement Award To Promote A Safer, Stronger, And More Prosperous America And Showcase American Excellence Through Interactive, Engaging Programming At American Spaces In Vietnam.American Spaces Are The U.S. Department Of State-S Key Touchpoints For Millions Of People Globally, Building Connections Between The United States And Communities Worldwide.
