Description
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Research and Development (R&D), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lab2Market. This requirement is for the procurement of the deployment of the VA Translation, Education, and Mentoring Center for the Cleveland VAMC. This procurement is being conducted IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is because the Government asserts that Lab2Market is the only contractor that can provide this specific requirement needed by the R&D Laboratory at Cleveland VA Healthcare System. Specifically, the characteristics of the Lab2Market that are unique are as follows: COURSE VA-3Ci 2025 Phase 1 and COURSE VA-C3i 2025-2026 Phase 2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement and supporting documentation (quote) to the Contracting Officer no later than Friday, 09/12/2025, (4:00 PM, EST.). A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
