  REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE REFLECTS CURRENT KNOWLEDGE AS OF THIS PRINTING. THESE FACTS MAY BE UPDATED OR REVISED IN THE ACTUAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, WHEN ISSUED. This notice is to determine the availability of potential small business sources capable of providing Psychological Health and Readiness services in support of the Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) in San Diego, CA. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) non-personal services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated that will consist of a 5-year ordering period anticipated to begin in September 2025.It is anticipated that this requirement, if solicited, will be under NAICS code 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology)), with a size standard of 1,000 employees, and Product/Service Code (PSC) AN42 (Health R and D Services; Health Care - Other; Applied Research). It is requested that only interested parties that qualify as small businesses under the NAICS 541715 respond to this posting via email to helen.m.tyson.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 01:00 PM ET Tuesday, 07 January 2025.
