This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood (MICC-FH) has a requirement for analytical engineering support services for the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Analysis Center (TRAC) in support of mission requirements. These requirements relate to performing modeling and simulations, scenarios, war gaming, exercises and experimentations, physical security, technical reports, access control, as well as analysis and engineering mission support.
A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included in this pre-solicitation notice. Questions or feedback related to this notice and draft PWS can be submitted via email to DeJahn Ingram, dejahn.t.ingram.civ@army.mil and Traci Leonard, traci.d.leonard2.civ@army.mil no later than 26 August 2025, 10:00 am CST using the attached excel spreadsheet labeled “Questions from Industry”. Questions sent via email shall be submitted using the subject line "AEMSS Draft Feedback". Each subject shall reference the specific PWS Section in questions or comments, for example, "Section 1.3.1 states...." The Government does not intend to provide individual responses to questions, comments, or feedback in response to the draft PWS.
