Description
SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a Sources Sought Synopsis in support of Market Research being conducted by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) to identify potential sources. This is not a a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the Government to any contract award. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is issuing this Sources Sought announcement for Analytical Services in Poland to determine interest, availability and capability of businesses to supply the services as described below:

Contractor must be a full-service vendor capable of providing all labor, sampling, supplies, shipping supplies, and disposal of samples listed in Table 1 (See attachement).

These projects will include water samples from ground, surface, and potable water used in various sites that are part of US Army Garrison Poland. Due to the nature of the work, these samples will not be considered “clean” drinking water and shall be treated as non-potable water / complex matrices, and therefore will often require extraction clean up or other matrix and interference reduction processing to achieve desired reporting limits. The primary contractor may subcontract any analyses not performed in-house to meet the needs of the requirement if necessary. The primary contractor will need to notify the Government in advance of analyses not performed in-house. All primary and subcontractors must have NELAC and/or DOD ELAP accreditation for all requested analyses. All data must be delivered to the Government POCs within 60 calendar days of sample receipt, unless specific reporting times are provided at the request of the Government.
