Services shall also include primarily engineering (civil, electrical), environmental services (includes Hazardous material testing), public / agency involvement, cultural resource review and consultation, hydrologic & hydraulic analysis and modeling, assistance during bidding, design closeout documentation, and assistance during construction.Additional services may include surveying, geotechnical investigation and recommendations, and utility agreements.
