Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit for Anderometer Hydraulics Replacement/Rebuild as detailed in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) N0016725Q1036

NOTE: Interested parties shall submit a capabilities package to include a capabilities statement and/or documentation showing experience and qualification as detailed in Section 4.0 of the Performance Work Statement section of the attached solicitation. Contractors MUST conduct a MANDATORY SITE VISIT.

Site Visit Dates:
Thursday 24 April 2025 between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET
Monday 28 April 2025 between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET
Tuesday 29 April 2025 between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET

Contractor shall submit all site visit requests along with capabilities package no later than 4:00 PM EDT on Monday 28 April 2025

This procurement IS set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 811210 and the Small Business Standard is $34 Million.

Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to tracy.l.mcdonough2.civ@us.navy.mil by 10:00 AM EDT on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. All questions received before this deadline will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation.
