    The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Boston Scientific Corporation 300 Boston Scientific Way Marborough MA 01752-1234 for Angiojet Thrombectomy Service will be posted to contracting opportunities from 10/6/2025 through 10/16/2025 under NAICS 811210 PSC J065. The Vendor shall provide maintenance and service for Angiojet Thrombectomy used in the Surgery Department. The period of performance shall be for twelve (12) months beginning November 5, 2025, to November 4, 2026 with three (3) twelve (12) month option period. 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 10/16/2025 at 3:00 PM CST, to paul.dixon@va.gov .
