- The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items project located at Annex West, 2501 S 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. The Project consists of but not limited to the following elements:1. Electrical work to include: Repurpose existing emergency generator to act as second backup and install new main backup generator on existing secondary pad. Install new ATS and Switchboard.* Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in his bid.
