The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Annual and Quarterly Service of EMB Generators U.S. Embassy properties in Stockholm.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Interested parties should request a RFQ package from the Stockholm Procurement Team by email at STKgsocontracts@state.gov using; 19SW8025Q0014 Annual and Quarterly Service of EMB Generators in the subject line.

Quotations are due by September 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
