The Consulate General of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation forAnnual Maintenance for York Chiller.
Please review the attached Scope of Work and if you would like to submit quotation, follow theinstructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attacheddocument, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible companysubmitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase orderbased on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions withcompanies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A site survey will be held at Consulate General of the United States of America, Dubai at 10:00AM (local time) on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Interested bidders shall provide following detailsof their representatives by 10:00 AM (local time) Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
• Emirates ID / (Copy)• Name of the CompanyAttendance is limited to only two persons per company.The deadline for submission of questions regarding this solicitation is May 12, 2025, 1700 hrslocal time.
Quotations are due by May 26, 2025, 1700 hrs local time. No quotations will be accepted afterthis time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.govIt is important to make sure the submission is made in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format.
