STATEMENT OF WORK
TITLE: Annual Medical Gas Delivery Systems Testing and Inspection and Training
I. SCOPE OF WORK
This Scope of Work encompasses the following 3 Task Items:
CLIN - (Contractor Line Item Number) #1 Instructor Led VAMC Staff Training Courses.
The contractor shall supply materials and an instructor to provide 3x 32-hour training class for ASSE 6040 Medical Gas System Maintenance for Staff personnel certification of VAMC employees. The instructor is required to have a minimum of 10 years experience in design, testing, verification, and troubleshooting of medical gas systems and a currently be credentialed an ASSE 6050 Instructor. The number of students (VA employees) for the class is not to exceed 16. The Training will need to be coordinated with the COR. The training will need to take place between October 20...
