This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-25-Q-A005 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 - Caterers, a small business size standard of $9,000,000. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The Government contemplates award of a FirmFixed Price (FFP) contract.

CLIN 0001: Berlin Armory Breakfast Meals (QTY= 233 EA)
Catered breakfast meals to support 2025 Annual Training from June 2, 2025 to June 12, 2025 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and meal plan. Meal to be served on days according to the schedule in the attached Statement of Work at 7:00am.
CLIN 0002: Berlin Armory Dinner Meals (QTY= 233 EA)
Catered dinner meals to support 2025 Annual Training in Berlin, NH from June 2, 2025 to June 12, 2025 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and meal plan. Meal to be served on days according to the schedule in the attached Statement of Work at 4:00pm.
