THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1333MG25Q0006 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS) has a requirement for Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Response Chiller Systems at Hollings Marine Laboratory at the NOAA Hollings Marine Laboratory. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work, and the Service Contract Labor Standards, Wage Determination No. 2015-4427, Date of Last Revision 07/08/2025. The estimated period of performance is September 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026.
The Government will award a firm fixed price contract. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor-s quote.
