Update 9/30/2025: Draft Sections B and C for the solicitation are available to download via NSERC for companies who have completed and submitted the required forms to gain access to the bidder-s library or via DoD Safe Drop-Off. The Government is inviting Industry to provide any questions, redlines, comments, or feedback by 17 November 2025. The Government intends to hold an industry day on 27 October 2025 from 1100-1300 EST. In-person attendance is strongly recommended.
