The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award theproposed purchase order on a brand name basis for brand name APC BY SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC / EATON under the authority implementedby Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by (FAR) Part 8.405-6(b)(1). Must be an authorized distributor of APC BY SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC /EATON.Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered foraward of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.This action has a required delivery date of October 1st.
