This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912D0-25-Q-0008 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (non- personal services) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). THIS ANNOUNTCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSAL ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTENSYNOPSIS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-01, dated 12 Nov 2024. This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 811412, Appliance Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $19M.
Requirement. The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Fort Wainwright Alaska, is seeking a source to provide supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other items and other items for non-personal services to perform maintenance and repair of Government-owned appliances as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Technical Exhibit(s), except for those items specified as government- furnished property and services. The Contractor shall ensure adequate staffing, sufficient parts and materials and other resources as necessary to provide services within the allotted response/repair time.
