  Tender are invited for The Department of Natural Resources (Department) gives notice under AS 38.05.180(j) of an application for modification of royalty under AS 38.05.180(j). Furie Operating Alaska, LLC, as operator of the Kitchen Lights Unit, submitted an application (Application) to the Commissioner of the Department on September 5, 2024, for royalty modification.This notice and invitation for public comment is for the Commissioner-s Preliminary Findings and Determination regarding the Application. Any person may file written comments. Comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., January 6, 2024, and should be mailed to the Division of Oil and Gas, attention Ryan Fitzpatrick, Commercial Manager, at 550 West 7th Avenue, Suite 1100, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3560, or emailed to ryan.fitzpatrick@alaska.gov. The Department will consider all timely written comments and evaluate the Application based on the criteria in AS 38.05.180(j).
