Box 2846, Palmer, Alaska 99645-2846, (also known as 11101 E Larose Rd. and MSB Parcel ID 50179), applied for a permit to appropriate water on February 19, 2025 (Priority Date). The application proposes the following: The withdrawal of up to 86,400 gallons per day from April 1 thru December 31 of each calendar year.The proposed purpose of use is for “Property Protection” to counteract the seepage of water into Mr. Harpsters- residential basement.
